Cancellation Policy

Agreement Notice By submitting the required deposit, the client agrees to the following terms: • Timeliness: Wedding ceremonies must begin at the scheduled time unless a different time has been previously agreed upon with the officiant. • Liability for Damages: The client is responsible for any damages to the decor or venue property caused by themselves or their guests while onsite. • Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event. • Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled date, the full payment will be forfeited. • Please note, if witness is not able to fill their information in a way acceptable by the county and a duplicate license is needed, you will be charged a refiling fee for extra time and fees imposed by the county. Agreement to these terms is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
